There is nothing to cancel — we never charge you automatically. Your plan runs until its end date, then the account returns to Free.

Your bot keeps working and existing subscribers keep receiving messages. New subscribers are turned away once you hit the limit, and we tell you the moment it starts happening. To keep growing, upgrade to the next plan — the new limit applies immediately.

Outbound messages are marked 'skipped' rather than sent, and you're notified. The counter resets each month, or you can move to a bigger plan.

Nothing is deleted. Your flows, subscribers, and message history stay exactly where they are.
