Does AdChat support Telegram?
Yes. Telegram is one of the two channels AdChat supports today, together with Instagram. You connect a bot created in @BotFather and get flows, broadcasts, a shared inbox, segmentation and analytics for it.
Do I need to code to build a Telegram bot?
No. Flows are assembled in a visual editor from ready blocks: triggers, messages, questions, conditions, delays. If you need custom logic, the HTTP request block calls any external API.
Can I send a broadcast to all my Telegram subscribers?
Yes — to everyone who has started your bot and has not blocked it. Telegram does not restrict when you message them, unlike Instagram with its 24-hour window. A Telegram bot cannot write first to people who never opened it, so uploading a list of phone numbers will not work.
Can customers pay inside the Telegram chat?
Yes, on the Pro and Business plans. AdChat sends a Telegram invoice and the payment goes through Click or Payme to your own merchant account. AdChat never holds the money.
Does AdChat work with Telegram channels and groups?
AdChat is built for one-to-one conversations between a person and your bot. It does not publish posts to Telegram channels or moderate groups. A common setup is to link the bot from your channel, so that readers become bot subscribers you can message directly.
