Data we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, such as your name, email address, and workspace details. We also collect data generated through your use of the Service, including automation flows, subscriber records, broadcasts, and live chat messages.

When you connect a Telegram bot or an Instagram account, we receive and store data from those platforms necessary to operate the Service, including subscriber identifiers, message content, and channel configuration. We also collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, and usage logs.

How we use your data

We process your data to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including delivering messages, running automation flows, managing subscribers, and operating the live chat inbox.

• To authenticate you and secure your account.
• To send messages and broadcasts on your behalf through connected channels.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Retention & deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Third-party transfer

To operate the Service, we share data with third-party platforms that you connect and with infrastructure providers that host the Service. We do not sell your personal data.

• Meta (Instagram) — when you connect an Instagram account, message and subscriber data is exchanged with Meta's Graph API to send and receive messages. Your use is subject to Meta's Privacy Policy (facebook.com/privacy/policy).
• Telegram — when you connect a Telegram bot, message and subscriber data is exchanged with Telegram's Bot API. Your use is subject to Telegram's Privacy Policy (telegram.org/privacy).
• Click, Payme and Paddle — when you buy a paid plan, your payment is processed by the provider you choose. For international purchases in US dollars, Paddle acts as the merchant of record and processes payment data under its own privacy policy. AdChat never receives or stores your full card details.
• Google (Gemini) — for workspaces that enable the AI features, subscriber messages and the related conversation context are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate replies. AI is off by default and requires an explicit opt-in in workspace settings.
• Google Analytics — we measure traffic to adchat.uz and to the app at app.adchat.uz with Google Analytics. Google receives de-identified visit data: the page address, referrer, device and browser type, an approximate region derived from your IP address, and a random cookie identifier. The contents of your conversations, subscribers and flows are never sent to analytics (policies.google.com/privacy).
• Infrastructure providers — we use Hostinger for server hosting, Cloudflare for file storage and site delivery, and Resend for transactional email.

Cookies

The adchat.uz marketing site and the application at app.adchat.uz use Google Analytics, which sets analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) that stay in your browser for up to two years. The application also sets essential cookies that keep you signed in; these are required for the Service to function. Your theme preference is stored locally in your browser and is never transmitted. You can opt out of analytics through your browser settings, a do-not-track mode, or the Google Analytics Opt-out add-on.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You may exercise these rights by contacting us at info@adchat.uz.

You are responsible for handling the personal data of your own subscribers in compliance with applicable law. AdChat acts as a data processor for that data on your behalf.
